Ms. Jiang has over 19 years of experience in investment banking, investment consulting and securities research and is responsible for Hong Kong stocks sponsorship and underwriting business of Zero2IPO. She served as vice president of fixed income department of China Merchants Bank, president of CMB International Investment Banking Department and vice president of China Merchants Securities Investment Banking Department. She also worked at Orient Securities as head of Investment Banking and at Fortune Securities as executive president of Investment Banking Department. During this period, as a sponsor, Ms. Jiang assisted China Merchants Bank, China Merchants Securities, Bejing Energy Holding, New China Life Insurance, Bank of Zhengzhou, Orient Securities, Jiangsu Innovative, Tianbao Energy, Wenye Group, Yadong Group and Tat Hong Equipment Service to go public.

Ms. Jiang holds a master's degree in corporate finance from University of Dundee’s School of Business, an EMBA from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business, and a bachelor's degree in law from Southeast University.
