Ms. Yang joined Zero2IPO Group in 2017 and is currently the vice operating president, secretary of the board and financial director of Zero2lPO Holdings. She is mainly responsible for the overall management and secretarial affairs of the group's financial and accounting affairs.

Ms. Yang holds a bachelor's degree in economics from Qingdao University and a master's degree in economics from Renmin University of China. Ms. Yang also holds the qualification certificate of secretary of the board of directors awarded by Shenzhen Stock Exchange in 2010.
